1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for the following SK critical vacancy:

2. Selected member will have a report date OOA 01 SEP 2022.
3. Interested SK2's or SK3's above the cut for SK2 should
submit an e-Resume with a command endorsement IAW reference (A),
including backfill requirements NLT 01 July 2022.
4. Members and Commands should review COMDTINST M1000.8A, Chapter
1.E.15 for requirements.
5. If there are no volunteers, all SK2s in a paygrade mismatch
position and SK3s above the cut for SK2 will be considered.
6. As a reminder, candidates should ensure their EI-PDR is complete and
accurate (e.g. CG-4082, CG-3307s, awards, and academic transcripts).
Members can request a copy of their official record by submitting a
signed CG memo via e-mail to ARL-PF-CGPSC-MR_CustomerService@uscg.mil.
Members are also encouraged to review their ESS in CGBI. The ESS
provides a consolidated view of their information as it appears in
Direct Access. This serves as a means for every Coast Guard member to
