1. REF (A) is cancelled. A new board was convened to select a total
of two IDPL Captains to the grade of Rear Admiral (lower half).
2. Pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 12203, and subject to
the advice and consent of the Senate, the Secretary, on behalf of
the President of the United States, has approved the report of the
selection board convened on 07 SEP 2021 recommending officers on
the Inactive Duty Promotion List (IDPL) for promotion to the grade
of Rear Admiral (lower half). Officers selected are listed below in
precedence order.
