between 01 October 2021 through 30 August 2022.
3. When travel is authorized, RPM-2 assignment officers will be

a board or panel process to help familiarize reserve members with
the promotion board and panel processes. CDR Andrew Younkle is the
Roadshow's Point of Contact. Commands desiring an RPM presentation
should submit an email request with the subject line "AY22 Roadshow”
to Andrew.R.Younkle@uscg.mil by 01FEB2022. Requests should include
the following information:
a. Command point of contact (POC).

High Year Tenure, and Senior Enlisted Reserve Advisor requirements.
The presentations will cover information that will benefit all
Reserve personnel regardless of rating or tour completion date.
We encourage all interested commands to submit a request to host our
team.
5. For units unable to receive an onsite Roadshow presentation, and
have the capability, RPM-2 can coordinate unit wide webinars or

medium is most appropriate based on each unit's communications
capabilities.
