PROGRAMS FOR ASSIGNMENT YEAR 2022
1. This message solicits candidates for the enlisted Human
Performance Technology advanced education program. The purpose of
this program is to develop the advanced knowledge and skills
necessary to perform required duties and responsibilities. It also
provides developmental incentives for personnel with high
ability, dedication, and the capacity for professional growth to
remain in the Coast Guard. The graduate will be placed in a position
of significant responsibility directly impacting Coast Guard
missions, systems, and resources. Members desiring a challenging
career with a range of opportunities in positions of increasing
responsibility are encouraged to apply.
