Port Condition NORMAL - Update

The Captain of the Port New Orleans has rescinded daylight transit only restrictions for Deep Draft vessels operating South of Mile Marker 203, Above Head of Passes on the Lower Mississippi River. Vessels are reminded to maintain slowest safe speed in the vicinity of ongoing vessel salvage operations. All other restrictions outlined in Marine Safety Information Bulletin Volume XXI, Issue 063 remain in effect.
