1. The following officers have been nominated for assignment to a
Senior Education and Fellowship program during the 2022-2023
academic year. Primary selectees are listed by program or
fellowship. Alternate selectees are listed in alphabetical order by
rank with the exception of CIC, MIT-SDM, MIT-SLOAN, and ODNI,
whose alternates are listed in order of priority. Primary nominees
shall contact CDR Jayme Dubinsky no later than 14 September
2021 to finalize program acceptance. Alternates will be contacted
by OPM as program opportunities are identified. Alternates should

2. IAW Refs A through D, the Selection Panel considered 113 officers
for Senior Education and Fellowship Programs, 06 officers for CIC,
16 officers for MIT-SDM, 51 officers for MIT-SLOAN, and 06 officers
for ODNI.
3. IAW Ref B, upon completion of the SEFP, officers should expect to be placed in
billets that take full advantage of this experience. In addition to internal CG
billets, this could result in high visibility assignments throughout
the government including Department of State, White House, Pentagon,
DHS, Congressional Affairs, or DOD Combatant Commands. Officers
attending programs with a specific career track (Eisenhower
Acquisition, MIT-SDM, CIC, ODNI, etc.) should expect a follow-on
assignment that will make full use of their SEFP and career experience.
Attending a SEFP will incur a minimum Active Duty obligation of three months for
each month of education.
