SUBJ: AY21 OFFSEASON JUNIOR COMMAND SCREENING PANEL (JCSP) RESULTS
1. The results of the off-season JCSP have been approved. The
following officers listed alphabetically have been found to be best
qualified among those eligible for assignment to CGC WILLIAM TATE
in AY21:
LT Engel, Corey J.
LT Unvala, Cyrus P.
LT Ward, Kaitlin, M.
2. This list supersedes the AY21 JCSP results.
3. Officers should understand that screening does not guarantee
assignment to command. As always, the needs of the Service will
guide actual assignments. Actual assignments will be made in the
Fall of 2021.
4. The precept which convened this panel and charged the members
with their duties, along with other pertinent SCSP info, is
available on PSC-OPM Portal site, found at
https://cglink.uscg.mil/32deee16. Officers who do not have
connectivity to CGPortal may contact LCDR Nicholas Hartmann

email.
5. The proceedings of a screening panel, including its deliberations
and criteria for selection, cannot be disclosed to any person who
was not a member of the panel. Questions regarding the panel process
