1. Pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 12203, and subject to
the advice and consent of the Senate, the Secretary, on behalf of
the President of the United States, has approved the report of the
selection board convened on 6 JUL 2021 recommending an officer on
the Inactive Duty Promotion List (IDPL) for promotion to the grade
of Rear Admiral (lower half). The officer selected is listed below.
