WHAT: Media outlets are invited to attend a Coast Guard awards ceremony for Andrew and Jack Sherman for their heroic efforts to save a mariner that fell off his boat 37 miles off Wrightsville Beach.

WILMINGTON, N.C. — Capt. Baer will recognize Andrew Sherman and Jack Sherman at an awards ceremony Friday for their rescue on July 5, 2021.
Media are invited to attend a tour of Sector North Carolina command center ahead of the awards ceremony.
