Personnel and Pay Procedures Manual - Chapter Nine

This announcement promulgates chapter nine of the Personnel & Pay Procedures Manual (PPPM), PPCINST M1000.2 (series). PPC is in the process of converting the PPPM to Coast Guard Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) format. New sections are promulgated as they are completed.

Chapter nine discusses Performance and Discipline.

This chapter contains the following sections:

Section A: Performance - This section discusses completing administrative remarks, reporting medals and awards, and completing and reviewing an Enlisted Evaluation Report (EER).
Section B: Discipline - This section discusses the procedures following disciplinary actions.
