SUBJ: 2021 REGISTER OF OFFICERS
1. The 2021 Register of Officers, PSCINST M1427.1L
has been posted to the CG Portal at https://cg.portal.uscg.mil/units/psc/psc-
opm/SitePages/Home.aspx  and to CG-1’s internet site at https://www.dcms.uscg.mil/Our-
Organization/Assistant-Commandant-for-Human-Resources-CG-1/Personnel-Service-Center-
PSC/Officer-Personnel-Management-PSC-OPM/.
2. Members should notify Commander, Coast Guard Personnel Service Center, of any changes to
their name (i.e., as a result of marriage or divorce) not reflected in the 2021 Register of Officers. 
Upon notification, the Register’s database will be updated and the name change will be reflected
in the 2022 Register of Officers.
3. The POC for the ADPL register is: Ms. Carol Phillips (202-795-6435). The POC for the IDPL
register is: Ms. Rose Lord (202-795-6510)
