1. IAW Refs A through C, the DSF screening panel convened 27 October 2020.
All candidates who screened successfully for DSF operational or training
positions will be considered for operational and training assignments
requested on their AY21 E-Resume. Members who did not successfully screen are
reminded they should not request assignment to MSRT, TACLET, SMTC or SMTD positions
for AY21. The comprehensive screening list can be viewed at
https://cg.portal.uscg.mil/units/psc/psc-epm/SitePages/ME.aspx.
2. Successful screening does not guarantee a DSF assignment.  Members who neglected
to submit a screening package were still screened and will still be considered
for DSF assignments based on service need.
3. Orders will only be issued to members who earn a DSF position and successfully
screened for that particular unit type. No additional command endorsement is
required.
4. The Precept which convened this Panel and charged members with their duties is
