1. As an update to reference (B), Recruit Company Commanders are included
under the new Assignment Priority 3.
2. All other changes and guidelines in reference (B) remain the same. The
updated AP Table and other AP materials are available on the USCG PSC-EPM
Portal Site at:
https://cg.portal.uscg.mil/units/psc/psc-epm/SitePages/Assignment_Priority.aspx.
