SUBJ: UPDATE-2 TO PY21 SCHEDULE OF OFFICER PERSONNEL BOARDS AND PANELS - PSCNOTE 1401
A. ALCGPSC 057/20
1. This message announces an update to reference (A), PY21 Schedule of Officer Personnel Boards and Panels.
   Reference (A) is available on CG Portal OPM Reference Library at the following link: https://cglink.uscg.mil/e0fbceaf.
2. The following change has been made to the ADPL Senior Education and Fellowship Panel (SEFP) Phase I:
   a. The Secretary of Defense Corporate Fellows Program has been moved to Phase II.
3. The Secretary of Defense Corporate Fellows Program is designated for O5 officers than O6 officers. This change
aligns with the grade of officers being sent to this program by the other Services. 
4. Released by: RDML S. N. Gilreath, Commander, CG Personnel Service Center. The Service Center for Our Most Important Resource - Our People.
