Memorandum of Agreement mile marker 73

In anticipation for Tropical Storm Cristobal, Coast Guard Sector New Orleans would like to remind all relevant operators to review the MOA for below mile marker 73 on the Lower Mississippi River. The port condition is currently set to YANKEE and the Coast Guard does not intend to implement any safety zones in accordance with the attached MOA.
