1. This message announces the publication of references (A) and (B), which provide
guidance and procedural information to support Coast Guard personnel and commands in navigating the processes and procedures for Temporary Separation (TEMPSEP) from the Coast Guard and return to active duty. The guides can be located on the OPM-1 (officers) and EPM-1 (enlisted) CG Portal sites:
