SUBJ: NEW EMAIL ADDRESS FOR IDPL OER SUBMISSION, QUESTIONS AND WAIVERS
1. Effective immediately, RPM has established a new OER inbox for all IDPL OER submissions, questions, and waiver requests at HQS-SMB-CGPSC-RPM-OER@uscg.mil.
2. The previous email address, ARL-PF-CGPSC-RPMOER@uscg.mil, is inoperable. 
3. The current OER forms link to the inoperable email address listed in para 2 above. The system is set to forward to the new address, but despite receiving an auto reply, it is strongly recommended IDPL OERs be emailed directly to HQS-SMB-CGPSC-RPM-OER@uscg.mil as an attachment to ensure delivery.
