1. This message solicits candidates to serve in the following ADDASIGN AND
TRANSIENT (A&T) Manager positions:

2. A&T Managers oversee members who are temporarily or administratively
assigned for various reasons including disciplinary, medical, hardship,
in-transit, and/or awaiting discharge. Selectees will be required to complete
Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Applied Suicide
Intervention Skills (ASIST) training.
3. Eligibility requirements at time of application:
a. Tour complete in AY20.
b. All E7's, not above the cut for E8.
c. Meets the requirements in Ref (A), 1.E.2.
d. Members already in receipt of PCS orders are eligible to apply. 
4. Process/timeline:
a. NLT 28 FEB 2020, submit/update eResume in DA listing desired position.
b. Command endorsement: Commands shall endorse the members eResume following
the guidance in Ref (A), 1.E.2.c.
5. Release from rate: DO NOT contact your rated AO asking to be released
from rate. The Special Assignments AO will perform this after the candidate
pool has been identified.
