1. This ACN announces the promulgation of REF (A) dated 12 DEC 2019.
2. REF (B) is hereby cancelled.
3. The Mission Management System (MMS) COMDTINST provides policy and guidance
for the operation of the Coast Guard Mission Management System. This update
further defines MMS architecture and identifies MMS stakeholder responsibilities
at organizational levels.
4. No paper distribution will be made of this Instruction. An electronic version
