1. As an amendment to REFs A and B, this ALCGPSC announces DoD’s extending the moratorium on implementation of eligibility limitations to transfer Post-9/11 G.I. Bill benefits to qualifying dependents in REF C. The new implementation date has been indefinitely postponed and implementation of this provision is pending
conforming changes to REF A. Members are encouraged to review all changes to REF (A) available at the PSC PSD portal site: https://cg.portal.uscg.mil/units/psc/fs/GI%20bill/forms/allitems.aspx/
