SUBJ: UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION CENTER (UDC) ANNUAL WALL-TO-WALL INVENTORY TIMEFRAME
1. The UDC will perform its annual inventory from 18 Feb through 21 Feb 2020.
2. To ensure order fulfillment prior to the count phase, unit orders (AFC30)
and CSC orders must be received by COB 10 Feb and individual orders
(personal funds) must be received by COB 14 Feb. The Coast Guard Uniform
Portal on WWW.SHOPCGX.COM will be available for uniform orders throughout
the period for all authorized patrons for online uniform orders and Coast
Guard Exchange merchandise. Orders received after these dates may ship upon
receipt. Orders not shipped upon receipt will go out when the count phase is complete. 
3. In the event of emergent operational needs during this period, please
contact the UDC Manager at (609) 861-7900 to coordinate the release of inventory
and shipment.
4. As a reminder, most Coast Guard uniform items are available in CGX Retail
Stores, at the same cost as online.
5. Commands are encouraged to ensure widest dissemination of this ALCGPSC.
