assignment to command. As always, the needs of the service will
guide actual assignments and members screened may rotate into
other important non-command billets where their experience will
best serve the Coast Guard.
3. Members who appear on this list may update e-resumes
accordingly for command positions through 31 October 2019.
Members who screened and are not on this list should submit
updated e-resumes for general duty BOSN assignment NLT 31
October 2019.
4. The precept which convened this panel and charged the members
with their duties, along with other pertinent CWOCSP info is
available on CG Portal in the PSC-OPM-2, CWO Notes. Members who
do not have connectivity to the internet may contact

information via email.
5. The proceedings of a screening panel, including its
deliberations and criteria for selection, cannot be disclosed to
any person who was not a member of the panel. Questions
