Coast Guard to establish new Aids-to-Navigation Team in Burlington, VT
BOSTON — The U.S. Coast Guard is scheduled to hold a ceremony establishing Aids-to-Navigation Team Burlington, Friday in Burlington, Vermont.
"We are separating the existing unit to standardize and allow our members to become experts in the traditional Coast Guard missions of aids-to-navigation for ANT Burlington, and law enforcement and search and rescue for Station Burlington," said Chief Warrant Officer Jim Bridges, Sector Northern New England boat forces manager.

WHAT: A military ceremony establishing Aids-to-Navigation Team Burlington, separate from Station Burlington. The Aids-to-Navigation Team will welcome a new Officer-in-Charge Chief Petty Officer Sean Smith.
