1. IAW Refs A and B, Chief, Enlisted Personnel Management has approved the report
of the Rating Force Master Chief (RFMC) Screening Panel convened on 1 October 2019.
2. The following members have been found to be best or fully qualified for
assignment as the next RFMCs for assignment year 2020:

3. This ALCGENL constitutes notification for requesting voluntary
retirement in lieu of orders (RILO).  Members will have 5 business days
from the DTG of this message to submit a memo to CG PSC-EPM requesting
to retire in lieu of assignment as RFMC.
4. The precept which convened this Panel and charged the members with their
duties will be available on the CG PSC-EPM-1 Panel website. Although the proceedings
of the screening Panel, including its deliberations and criteria for selection,
cannot be disclosed to any person who was not a member of the Panel, Panel members
do have valuable information that can be shared regarding the general selection
process and its fairness and equity.
