SUBJ: DIRECT ACCESS EMAIL FEATURE CAPABILITIES AFFECTING OFFICER AY20 ERESUMES
A. ALCGOFF 067/19, ASSIGNMENT YEAR 2020 OFFICER ASSIGNMENTS KICK OFF-TIMELINES,
COMMUNICATIONS, AND OUTREACH
1. PSC is aware Direct Access is currently experiencing inconsistencies with the email feature, and technicians are working
diligently to correct the issue. As a result, members may experience issues and delays with the "Forgot your password"
feature as well as other email related functions.
2. As specified in Ref A, the deadline for submitting Officer e-resumes is 1 September 2019. Those members who are not able to submit their e-resume on time should contact their Assignment Officer as soon as possible via email. Assignment Officers will work with members to ensure PSC-OPM receives their prioritized e-resume list.
