SUBJ: HALF MASTING OF NATIONAL ENSIGN
A. U.S. Coast Guard Regulations 1992, COMDTINST M5000.3 (series)
1. As directed by the President of the United States, the National Ensign
shall be flown at half-mast effective immediately until sunset on
June 4, 2019 as a mark of solemn respect for the victims of the terrible
act of violence perpetrated on May 31, 2019
2. The National Ensign shall be flown as prescribed in paragraph 1 on
all Coast Guard buildings, grounds, and vessels not underway.
3. Internet release is authorized.
