Note 1: PHS officer has been selected and is integrating into the Coast Guard. Units
may contact CG-1121 POC for questions regarding report date. 
Note 2: No member has been identified, actively recruiting for a PHS Officer.
Note 3: Positions encumbered by contract providers will be re-advertised during the 
annual assignment season solicitation once the contract provider has been in their
assignment for a minimum of one year. If a PHS provider is selected for a position 
encumbered by a contract provider, the PHS provider will be assigned to that 
position through the normal assignment process.
Note 4: Member has been identified and is completing PHS accession process. Units 
may contact CG-1121 POC for questions regarding report date.
2. Acceptance of orders constitutes obligation to serve one year at the new duty station.
3. PCS orders will be issued in April 2019. Officers are reminded to ensure their 
Direct Access data is up to date. Officers must check into their new positions, even
if fleeting up or moving to a different billet at the same unit to ensure the job
data information is accurate.
4. This ALCGPSC constitutes notification for requesting voluntary retirement in lieu
of orders (RILO), including officers extended in their current billets. Effective
date of retirement is NLT 01 September 2019. RILO request must be received by 
LCDR Mary Brooks NLT 1600 EST, 23 April 2019. Additionally, e-mail CAPT Beverly 
Dandridge of intent to RILO, Beverly.Dandridge(at)hq.dhs.gov.
