MEDIA AVAILABILITY: Coast Guard Sector Boston to sign memorandum of understanding with The Harborkeepers

BOSTON — Members of the media are invited to Coast Guard Base Boston for an official signing of a memorandum of understanding between Coast Guard Sector Boston and The Harborkeepers, Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.

The Harborkeepers is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the stewardship and protection of Boston Harbor. This is the first time a Coast Guard sector has signed a memorandum of understanding with such an agency.

 WHO: Coast Guard Sector Boston Incident Management Division and The Harborkeepers

 WHAT: An official signing of a memorandum of understanding

 WHEN: Wednesday, February 13th at 1:00 p.m. Please arrive by 12:45 p.m.

 WHERE: Coast Guard Base Boston, 427 Commercial Street, Boston, MA, 02109.
