1. REFs (A) through (G) have been revised and republished to the library.
Personnel performing any manner of work related to REFs (A) through (G) are
encouraged to review the most up-to-date document.
2. REFs (H) through (I) have been rescinded and removed from the library. These
documents are out of date, should no longer be utilized, and should be removed from
local share drives.
3. The official electronic version of REFs (A) through (G) are maintained by Force
Readiness Command Training Division (FC-T) within the TTP library. The TTP library
can be accessed by navigating to CGPortal, selecting ‘Training & Education’, then
selecting 'Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures.'
4. TTP revisions stem from feedback provided by accomplished field users, subject
matter experts, and various centers of excellence. All revisions are vetted and
approved by applicable program offices prior to release.
5. Feedback regarding REFs (A) through (G), or any other located in the TTP library,
may be provided via email to: D05-SG-M-FORCECOM-TPTC-PRODUCTFEEDBACK@uscg.mil.
6. Released by RDML B. K. Penoyer, Commander, Force Readiness Command.
7. Internet release is authorized.
