SUBJ:  SHIFTING PAY GRADE E-6 ENLISTED EVALUATION REPORT TO AN ANNUAL CYCLE

1. This ACN announces immediate changes to REF (A) to streamline process and is
in alignment with the Commandant's Guiding Principle of READY as denoted in REF (B).
2. Effective immediately, the active duty end of marking period for the pay grade
E-6 enlisted evaluation report (EER) is annually in May. The requirement for a
regularly scheduled active duty E-6 EER in November is hereby cancelled.
3. The Reserve personnel EER schedule for pay grade E-6 remains consistent with the current May annual evaluation cycle.
4. Policies and standards in REF (A) not specifically addressed in this ACN
remain unchanged. REF (A) will be updated to reflect the mentioned changes and
will be released within the next year.
