1. I strongly encourage leaders to engage potential candidates about advanced
education and its role in career development and provide application guidance.
Our postgraduate and advanced training programs offer outstanding opportunities for
motivated members to prepare themselves for senior leadership positions within the
mission support community and throughout the Service. The skillsets garnered from
these programs are critical to our organization's success.
2. To ensure that all eligible members have the time to apply for these
opportunities, we have extended the application deadline for the programs listed
below to the dates indicated. Officers who have already submitted applications do
not need to reapply.

application deadline has been extended, all other program requirements remain
unchanged. Officers shall consult Refs A and B for application process and
program guidance.
