NEW LONDON. Conn. – The Coast Guard Academy will hold its annual Service of Lessons and Carols, Dec. 6 at the U. S. Coast Guard Memorial Chapel.
The service is free and open to the public.
Chief Petty Officer Megan Sesma, Coast Guard Band harpist and the Cadet Handbell Choir will be performing prelude music at 6:45 p.m.
The Service of Lessons and Carols will begin at 7 p.m. featuring the Cadet Glee Club and Cadet Handbell Choir.
A lighting of the Coast Guard Academy Christmas Tree ceremony will take place after the service.
