2. Appointment of primary selectees may be anticipated between
1 May and 1 September 2018. Appointment of alternates is not
assured. If an alternate is not tendered an appointment before
next year's CWO to LT application deadline, he or she will be
required to submit another application package in order to be
eligible to re-compete at the PY19 board.
3. Primary selectees: 
   a. Respond to Commander, Coast Guard Personnel Service
Center (PSC-OPM-1), CWO2 Jeremy Hann, via letter of intent to
accept or decline appointment within 10 business days of this
message release.
   b. Upon acceptance of appointment, immediately complete a
new e-resume in anticipation of reassignment during AY18.
4. In accordance with Article 3.B.10.B of Ref A, appointees
who accept appointments are obligated to serve as temporary
officers for three years from date of appointment.
