Coast Guard Sector/Air Station Corpus Christi Command Center establishes new emergency phone numbers
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Coast Guard Sector/Air Station Corpus Christi’s command center has established new emergency phone numbers after moving to its new facility located at the Corpus Christi Airport.
As of 5 a.m. Wednesday, the command center can be reached at the following phone numbers:
For a direct line for search and rescue emergencies, please contact 361-289-8291.
For any other maritime emergencies, please contact the command duty officer at 361-939-0450.
“Despite our move to a new building at the Corpus Christi Airport, we will not have any service interruptions and will continue to maintain a vigilant watch 24/7,” said Capt. Jason Smith, deputy commander, Sector/Air Station Corpus Christi. “We ask all mariners and regional/local operation centers to update their contacts with our new emergency phone numbers. The Sector/Air Station Corpus Christi Command Center and all operations will remain always ready to respond to maritime emergencies and address maritime needs.”
