MIAMI — Coast Guard Investigative Service agents and Coast Guard Tactical Law Enforcement Team-South crew members work together with the Red Cross, Federal Emergency Management Agency and members of local police, fire and government to distribute disaster relief supplies, food rations and water in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, Thursday, following the passage of Hurricane Maria.
