SUBJ:  COAST GUARD EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP) CONTRACT UPDATE
1. EAP Consultants, LLC, doing business as (DBA) Espyr was awarded the Coast
Guard Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Contract. The new contract will be
effective 1 OCT 2017 and will still be known as CG SUPRT. This new contract
will provide personal, family support, and organizational services to eligible
employees and their family members dealing with a variety of life challenges
such as work stress or relationship concerns.
2. Espyr provides employee assistance and work-life program services to a wide
range of clients including the Department of Energy, Customs and Border
Protection and Kaiser Permanente.
3. Espyr will provide the full suite of EAP services no later than 1 NOV 2017.
In response to the need generated by the recent Hurricanes, we have ensured that
all Coast Guard personnel and their families will be able to access critical
counseling services during this transition period by calling 855-CG SUPRT
(855-247-8778). There will be no gap in counseling coverage. However, other EAP
services will be available during this transition period through your local
Work-Life field office at 1-800-872-4957.
4. A message will be released when these services are available via CG SUPRT.
