MIAMI -- Coast Guard crews continued to surge assets, personnel and equipment into Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Friday, Sept. 22, 2017. Crews are bringing communication and other much-needed equipment to aid in the response and reconstitution of Coast Guard facilities.
