2. IAW Refs A through C, the selection panel considered 93 officers for
Senior Education and Fellowship Programs, five officers for NDU-CIC,
four officers for NIU CSIR, 10 officers for MIT-SDM, 26 officers for
MIT-SLOAN and 29 officers for IADC.
3. IAW Ref A, upon completion of the Senior Education or Fellowship
program, officers should expect to be placed in billets that take full
advantage of this experience. In addition to internal CG billets, this
could result in high visibility assignments throughout the government
including Department Of State, White House, Pentagon, DHS, Congressional
Affairs, or DOD combatant commands. Officers attending programs with a
specific career track (Eisenhower Acquisition, MIT-SDM, CIC, CSIR, etc.)
should expect a follow-on assignment that will make full use of their
SEFP and career experience. Attending a Senior Education or Fellowship
Program will incur a minimum Active Duty obligation of three months for
each month of education.
