will release an initial candidate confirmation message on
or about 06 OCT 2017 listing all members who have

Since Ref (A) and the screening request procedures cannot
cover every possible situation concerning eligibility,
PSC-OPM will consider written waiver requests on a case-
by-case basis while remaining consistent with the intent
of the approved criteria.  Officers should enter waiver
request information in step 11 (comments) of the e-
resume.  The initial candidate confirmation message will
include the results of all waiver requests.
11. Officers that fail to adhere to the 05 SEP 2017
application deadline must apply within Direct Access with
a follow on email to OPM POC (paragraph, 14.H) to request

to date and accurate.
