U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has posted additional explanatory information to the CBP website regarding the three dates for mandatory transition of electronic filings to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE).



This information includes a list of the Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) whose forms must be submitted to ACE on November 1, the specific forms that must be submitted electronically on November 1, and the mechanism by which they must be submitted. Additional information regarding exemptions and what will be required if a filer is not ready to file electronically in ACE is also provided on the new page.
