ABI Participants
An issue was reported earlier today (January 3, 2014) whereby several trade participants reported submitting entry summary (AE) transactions and did not receive the AX response.
This was occurring intermittently.
Resubmission of the AE transactions was successful.
A configuration change to resolve the issue was deployed at approximately 1700 EST today January 3, 2014.
If you submitted an entry summary (AE) transaction prior to that time (17:00 EDT) and you have not received an AX response, please resubmit the AE transaction to ACE.
