Automated Broker Interface
CBP has discovered an issue with approximately 2500 Carrier and Importer accounts. The affected accounts may receive a reject when the account identifier (SCAC, Importer number) is transmitted in an EDI or Portal transaction. If applicable, affected users will also be unable to access their ACE Secure Data Portal account.
CBP continues to investigate the issue and identify an estimated time of resolution.
Carriers should contact the CBP Port of arrival for crossing guidance.
NOTE: Ocean and Rail carrier EDI transactions will not be affected; however, Ocean and Rail carriers may be unable to access their ACE Secure Data Portal Account.
