The National Customs Automation Program (NCAP) Reconciliation prototype test has been modified to include the filing of post-importation preferential tariff treatment claims arising under the Oman Free Trade Agreement (OFTA), Peru Trade Promotion Agreement (PTPA), Korea Free Trade Agreement (UKFTA), the Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement (COTPA), and the Panama Trade Promotion Agreement (PATPA).
The test is modified to allow Reconciliation of post-importation preferential tariff treatment claims to be filed on or after August 12, 2013 on the aforementioned free trade agreements.
