CSMS # 70076746 - Implementation Guides for Entry Type 13 Test in ACE for U.S. Mail Processing (INT-057) and Mail Entry Type 13 Test (CBP-290) Moved from Draft to Current Chapters

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) implemented the Entry Type 13 (ET13) test through enhancements to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) on September 22, 2026. In support of this deployment, CBP moved the following ACE implementation guides from the “Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities” section of CBP.gov to the applicable sections for deployed functionality.

  • PGA Flag Enforcement Table to “PGA Message Set Documents”
  • ACE CATAIR Stand-alone Filing for Prior Notice Data (PE/PX) to “PGA Message Set Documents”
• Entry Summary implementation guides
  • ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update to “Chapters: Current Capabilities”
  • ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Query to “Chapters: Current Capabilities”
  • ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Error Dictionary to “Supporting Documents”
