Quartz Surface Products as provided in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), Chapters 68 and 70 subheadings, Chapter 99 Additional U.S. Note 41, and addressed in Presidential Proclamation and Annex 11051 “To Facilitate Positive Adjustment to Competition from Imports of Quartz Surface Products,” published on July 31, 2026, and FR 2026-15975 (91 FR 50645), published August 5, 2026.

Quota Period:

August 15, 2026 – November 14, 2026

November 15, 2026 – February 13, 2027

February 14, 2027 – May 15, 2027

May 16, 2027 – August 14, 2027

Opening Date:

Monday, August 17, 2026

All entries submitted after 12:01 am local port time and prior to 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and on the opening date will receive an entry time of 8:30 a.m. for quota qualification purposes. If the total for any HTSUS group exceeds the limit at 8:30 a.m. ET, all accepted entries will be prorated.
