The Draft ACE Cargo Release CATAIR and Cargo Release Condition Codes documents have been posted to cbp.gov with the following changes pertaining to Entry Type 13. These changes are expected to be deployed to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Production environment on September 22, 2026.
Draft ACE Cargo Release CATAIR
- SE10 Notes 2, 7, 11, and 13 updated to reflect Entry Type 13 changes
- SE15 Notes 7, 12, and 13 update to reflect Entry Type 13
- SE30 Note 2 updated to reflect Entry Type 13
- SE60 Note 3 updated to reflect Entry Type 13
Cargo Release Condition Codes
- Error code changes pertaining to Entry Type 13
- Error codes 253 and 331 were deleted
- Error code 327 updates
