U.S. Customs and Border Protection has updated the Electronic Export Manifest (EEM) Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Exports Truck UNEDIFACT CUSCAR Cargo Report Message, CUSRES Accept-Reject, CUSREP Conveyance Report, X12 309, and Crew and Passenger PAXLST Implementation Guides (IG).

Updates implemented:

CUSCAR Cargo Report Message -

Added Post Departure Filing (PDF) codes and Document Identifier requirements for Post Departure Filing – Segment DOC Document/Message Details (0365)
Added Automated Export System Downtime (AED) codes and Document Identifier requirements for AED – Segment DOC Document/Message Details (0365)
Strikethrough Confirmation of Manifest/Trip reporting requirements in all applicable Sections of the CUSCAR
Updated language from “Final Transmission” to “Complete Transmission” in all applicable Sections of the CUSCAR

Added Post Departure Filing (PDF) to notes section – Segment DOC (0270)
