CSMS # 67698864 - Announcement – CSMS User Satisfaction Survey

CBP’s Office of Trade is excited to share that it is conducting a CSMS User Satisfaction Survey this month. As a CSMS user, your response to the CSMS User Satisfaction Survey will provide CBP with useful information about your experience engaging with CSMS messages. CBP will use the data collected from the survey to determine potential improvements to trade communications.

The CSMS User Satisfaction Survey is available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2VKXJJW.

The survey is expected to take less than 10 minutes to complete. CBP will leave the survey open until February 27, 2026.
