Transition of Drawback to the Petroleum, Natural Gas and Minerals Center of Excellence and Expertise

Effective October 6, 2025, management of the Drawback Specialists and drawback program transferred to the Petroleum, Natural Gas and Mineral (PNGM) Center of Excellence and Expertise (Center) of the Houston Field Office for enhanced uniformity and oversight.
Claimants will see no immediate change to the transmission/processing of claims and submission of ruling and privilege application requests.

Questions regarding drawback policy or ACE technical issues should be directed to OTDRAWBACK@cbp.dhs.gov
