CSMS # 66714741 - REMINDER: Enhanced ACE Portal Account Application Now Available – Deployment Support Call set for November 5

On October 30, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) automated the process for applying for a new Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Secure Data Portal (ACE Portal) top account with the Importer sub-account view. The new application tool is available at this link: ACE Portal Importer Account Application

To help users implement the new tool, CBP will hold a deployment support call for the trade community on Wednesday, November 5:
